Between 2008 and 2012, Dr. Mesarić Žabčić instructed the “History of Croatian Emigration” course at the Croatian Studies of the University of Zagreb. During the academic year 2011-2012, she also led the “Migration in the Mediterranean” course at the same institution. Simultaneously, she mentored students working on their diploma theses and participated as a committee member during thesis defenses. In the winter semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, she initiated the teaching of the “Migrations on the Mediterranean” course in English at the Croatian Catholic University in Zagreb. This course was designed for students in communication studies, history, and sociology in the first, second, and third years.
